Whether a headset issue or a understanding issue often the drive thru attendants do not seem happy to be at work or struggle to understand the order. If this happened for me at multiple drive thru's (like it does my husband's deep voice) then I would expect it but seems to constantly only be an issue at this one location. ”
“ Food is good but the guy running the drive thru has a rude demeanor. He'll ask how can I help you at the speaker and as begin speaking he cuts you off and tells you to hold on. Then after you place the order and proceed to the window. He hurries you by handing you your card, then the drink and then the food as quickly as he can. He needs to be reminded to be more courteous and patient ”
